Green Business
Over half of Lena's clients in 2009 wanted a business plan or marketing plan with a green slant. Lena is tuned in with this strategy, offering solutions to business owners that assist in saving money, adding efficiencies, and even landing grant money and winning contests. In addition to being a business consultant for eleven years, Lena's experience includes efficiency planning, waste minimizing solutions, and six sigma training in optimization. In the past ten years, Lena has been involved in over 30 green projects.


Energy and Alternative Fuels
In 2009, Lena assisted seven separate energy and alternative fuel companies with consulting and planning. Her experience in the field of alternative fuels and energy allows her to create business plans, marketing plans and feasibility studies that are accurate and primed for interested parties.


Technical and Industrial
Having degrees in mechanical engineering and civil engineering serves Lena well when she tackles projects of a technical nature. She is able to create reports and plans that cover all of the bases including the technical aspects of the industry. This, coupled with sound business strategies and financial modeling, presents a well developed report that attracts both industry insiders and investing outsiders alike.


New Products and Manufacturing
In 2009, Lena worked with three large companies, all which were start-ups, in the area of product development and manufacturing. Each of these companies had a successful business launch and two received significant financial support, as requested.

In 2009, Lena assisted five company start-ups with comprehensive business plans in the area of web-related business or software development. Lena is a programmer and designer, which adds tremendous insight and know-how to these types of projects.
