Lena Ludwig Lapper has been offering business consulting and high quality products to clients since 1999. With a 20-year career resume, twelve of those years as a professional business consultant, she has gained broad cross-sector experience having fulfilled various consulting, management and technical roles. Lena is well-known for her no-nonsense approach to lean business strategies, quality control management, and optimization of technology.

Lena has an extensive background assisting companies with green agendas, including green technology, alternative energy, and sustainable product development. Her skills include strategic business planning and marketing planning for solar engineering firms, wind turbine companies, bio fuel companies, and bamboo-replacing-plastic product company. She has also created investment proposals and formal business plans for IT, cloud-computing and software companies. To date Lena has managed over 150 projects.

Lena is a frequent contributor to several print and online magazines with focus on such topics as business strategies, marketing, company valuations, mergers and acquisitions and environmental concerns as it relates to business. You may have seen her work in Washington Gas Magazine; Hope for Women Magazine; StartUpNation; HRO Today; PEO Insider; and GLiving.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Lena worked as an engineer for a prominent engineering firm in Baltimore, Maryland. Her career was then enhanced with the opportunity to work for a national insurance company as an underwriter, where her financial and operational analysis skills were polished. Finally, working as a research analyst and report production agent with a successful merger and acquisition firm created the full-skill-set needed to launch Oyster Park. Lena is the Managing Principal of the company.
