Dennis O'Geary joins Oyster Park with over 20 years of progressive management and executive experience. Working in both commercial and government arenas, Dennis leads successful start-up, turn-around and rapid growth companies with focus on GTM (go-to-market) strategies, strong P&L management, and capitalization of market opportunities, driving revenues, profits and growth to gain market share and increase ownership/investor returns.

Dennis' leadership success allow for a unique set of skills. He challenges companies on their team building; is an accomplished motivational speaker; is a skilled negotiator; and is a mediator, providing resolution to conflict. His energetic personality and invaluable experience create a dynamic consultant who will empower CEOs and their employees.

Dennis developed and marketed an integrated solution for off-the-shelf technologies for scalable, sustainable services delivery in developing nations (currently Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya) for atmospheric water generation and water harvesting technology. He devised a healthcare and patient-delivery systems, nutrition and education technologies using a Consolidated Services Delivery Platform™ (CSDP) in a community center-centric model. The CSDP easily incorporates the key values of RES technologies, specifically wind and solar where electrical grid infrastructure is minimal, inconsistent or non-existent. The CSDP and its’ current services components both support and align with the current initiatives of the United Nations for water generation, the World Health Organization for healthcare services delivery and the Millennium Challenge Corporations initiative on poverty eradication.

Experience includes: Start-Up & Restructuring Operations, Organizational & Operational Process Analysis, Product Development & Commercialization, Business Development & Funding, Marketing & GTM Strategy Development, Systems Life Cycle Management, Healthcare Consulting, Hospital-level Strategic Planning for IT, Radiology & Other Biomedical Imaging Suites, Medical Systems Integration, Acquisition & Implementation Planning, and Management of assets: $1M to $250M.

Dennis currently advises several niche industry companies with business management and restructuring. Prior to working with Oyster Park, Dennis was Interim COO and consultant at United States Pharmaceutical Distributors, Inc., Co-founder, President and CEO of The Knowledge Providers Group, and Senior Vice President of Meta Solutions, Inc.
